Where is the power out?

Use your location, or search your street. You'll confirm the exact spot on the map next.

Anonymous. Your location is used only to place the report on the map (~100 m).

The EB fixes the power — file with them for restoration. Mark it here so neighbours see it and the MLA office builds the evidence file against repeat outages.

Drag the map — put the pin on your street

📍

At 10+ reports in a TNPDCL section, the section engineer is alerted automatically by the MLA office system.

Where did the power come back?

Drag the map — put the pin on your street, then confirm. Your confirmation helps clear the zone for everyone.

How Power Watch works

1

You report in 10 seconds. Pin your street — anonymous, no consumer number. Your report glows red on the map and counts for 12 hours.

2

Reports cluster by street. The more homes report, the bigger the zone glows — everyone can see exactly which streets are dark.

3

The department is alerted automatically. Every report is assigned to its TNPDCL section. At 10+ active reports, the section engineer gets one automatic email — count, streets, live map link — once per outage, no spam.

4

You report power back — one tap. Reporters get a personal banner; anyone else can tap a zone or the green button. When about a third of a zone confirms, it turns green automatically.

5

Everything heals itself. Reports expire after 12 h, restored zones fade out, and the section's alert re-arms for the next outage. The office sees the full history.

Logged. You're counted.

When power returns, tap on the banner — restorations show the department their fix worked.
