How it works

Four simple steps

Anyone can nominate. You don't need to know the person — you just need to have seen them do good.

Nominate with a photo

Tell us who did something good and add a photo of the work. Nominate a neighbour, a child — or yourself.

The office verifies

Each week our team reads every nomination and quietly checks that the good work is real.

e.g. a quick call or a visit to the street to say thanks.

A weekly hero is named

Their photo and story go up on this Honour Roll for all of Anna Nagar to see.

e.g. featured here, on social media, and at the office.

They meet the MLA

At month-end, the month's heroes meet V.K. Ram Kumar for a 15-minute chat and a photo together.
